Jennifer L. Jones , Ph.D., CCC-SLP. Educational Development Manager
Jennifer L. Jones, PhD holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, a master’s degree from San Jose State University in Communicative Sciences and Disorders and a PhD from Howard University in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Dr. Jones is a specialist in instructional technologies for the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Dr. Jones joined the AlphaVista team as Manager of Training and Development after a distinguished career at Howard University as a lecturer and scholar. She worked on instructional research and design projects with the noted Dr. Kaye Payne. She is a strong leader and team player with innovative approaches to problem solving to achieve remarkable teaching and clinical outcomes. She has mentored, trained, supervised and advised both undergraduate and graduate students.
William Kroll . M.A., CCC-SLP . Advisor - Schools
William Kroll has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Speech and Language Pathology. He received his M.A Degree from Case Western Reserve University and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC/SP) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. He worked as a Lead Speech Language Pathologist with Oakland Unified School District for more than 30 years. During his career, he worked in other countries like Australia & India. He is having extensive experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy Services. Currently he spends time to mentor & training new grads & heading all company’s Pediatric Speech initiatives in California.
Priya James , CCC-SLP . Product Development Manager
Priya James is the manager of clinical business planning and oversees the clinical aspects of international projects. She has over 7 years of experience in the field of speech-language pathology. As SLP, she has wide range of experience which includes rehab setting, public schools, and Juvenile justice system. She has supervised and mentored many new graduates. Her knowledge on the needs of Indian disabled population is adding value to AlphaVista’s international projects and product line. Prior to joining AlphaVista, she served the special need children in India. She initiated and developed speech department in Amrita Institute of Medical Science and Research Center, Cochin. She is also a member of the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA), American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Indian Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
