Pradeesh Thomas - Co Founder & COO
Pradeesh Thomas is the Co founder and CEO of AlphaVista Services Inc., a company provides Special Education & Allied Healthcare services worldwide. He is instrumental in bringing AlphaVista a USD 10 Million dollar company in 3 years. He is also the co-founder of MedVista HealthCare Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Prior to AlphaVista Services; he spent a decade at IBM, Hitachi & Cybernet Software Systems Inc as a Senior Project management consultant & also as a Business Development Manager managing key engagements worldwide. He is an engineer by profession.
Ganesh Sankar – CFO
Ganesh is responsible for the overall finances of our organization and aligning our business strategies to Financial/ Corporate governance. He brings over 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance. Prior to joining us, he was heading the finance and legal function for the software products business of CSS-SlashSupport Group, a large software company. During his period, the company raised funding from leading VC and PE Firms and he carries rich experience in this field.
Linda K. Pippert . MA CCC-SLP, MBA . Director - Clinical Operations
Linda K. Pippert, M.A. CCC-SLP, MBA, has joined with us as the Director – Clinical Operations. She heads the entire clinical operations of the company including the clinics. She is also responsible for leading the Education & Training Division. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology. Her clinical background includes medical and educational settings, working with clients of all ages. She has held management positions including director of speech services and executive director of a leading speech and hearing clinic in southern California. She served as director of rehab and clinical director of speech for two contract companies. Her most recent position was as an Area Manager with North American Healthcare, a leading provider of therapy services to the geriatric population. Linda has been a part-time instructor at California State University, Fullerton. She has held positions with the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA) as Commissioner on Association Services and Treasurer and has served a two year term as the CSHA Board representative to the ASHA State Advocacy for Reimbursement (STAR) Network. In 2001, CSHA awarded her Fellow of the Association. In 2004, she was awarded Honors of the Association.
Capt. Sojan Jose . Head – India Operations
Capt. Sojan Jose is a Post Graduate in Science and has done his Post Graduate Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, one of India's premier management institutes. He is having more than 10 years of diverse & enriching experience in leadership & management roles with The Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer, ICICI Bank Ltd, as a Manager at Regional Profile, Asian Paints Ltd & Arvind Mills Ltd.
